United Airlines

At United Airlines, I collaborated as a Technical Producer and Technical Referent for Hemispheres, the airline’s digital magazine, through VML’s digital content team. Over time, my role evolved from Technical Producer to Production Lead — a position granted by the client in recognition of my ability to manage complex production processes and represent the development team in business discussions.

My work consisted on building and maintaining Hemispheres using the SDL Tridion CMS platform, ensuring seamless performance, visual consistency, and accessibility. In addition, I trained and mentor new production team members in SDL best practices, helping reduce onboarding time and ensuring content quality and efficiency across the project.
